12th Annual Run for the Ring 2026

Barbara Davis Center patients, type 1 supporters, and running enthusiasts run for the cure for type 1 diabetes. A professionally-timed 5K circles the CU Anschutz Medical Campus. The Kids Fun Run is for ages 2-10, with bounce houses and mazes. All participants receive breakfast bites and a performance t-shirt. Those with type 1 can get an “I’m the 1” shirt. Decorate a bib saying “Running for my 1” to honor a loved one.
